BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM 
2 c. chopped roasted pecans

(Use 3 tbsp. butter over pecans. Roast. Sprinkle with salt and let cool completely before chopping.) 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 qts. milk

Combine all ingredients (except nuts) and mix well. Pour mixture into freezer. Freeze for about 10 minutes. Add chopped pecans. Continue to freeze until firm. Let stand for approximately 45 minutes packed in ice and ice cream salt before serving.
