CHICKEN TROPICALE 
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned & boned

Combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well. Place chicken in freezer gallon ziploc bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before grilling. Grill over medium coals about 5-6 minutes on each side. Baste with marinade while grilling.
