FRUITED CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken cutlets
Grated orange peel from 1 orange
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
2 c. apple cider vinegar

In bowl pour cider. Put in chicken cutlets. Let marinate 2 hours. Remove, rinse and pat dry cutlets. Add rest of ingredients into pan, let stand 1/2 hour, while chicken rests. Now put chicken back into pan with all ingredients. Bake chicken until it's cooked. To Grill or Broil: Marinate cutlets in all ingredients in refrigerator overnight. Then grill or broil until chicken is done.
