9 c. of your favorite Chex brand cereals (wheat, rice or corn)
1 c. Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 c. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate morsels, peanut butter and butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Place cereal mix and sugar in large paper bag. Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes 9 cups.
