BRAISED SHORT RIBS 
3 lbs. beef short ribs (lean)
1 c. beef broth (canned)
1 c. chili sauce (Heinz)
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. paprika
2 onions, chopped
1/4 c. dry mustard
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook 2 hours in oven at 350 degrees, in a covered pan. Remove cover for the last 1/2 hour.
