CHILI DOGS 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. chili powder
8 frankfurters, cooked
8 buns
Shredded cheese

In skillet brown meat; pour off fat. Stir in chili sauce, water, and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on frankfurters in buns. Top with cheese. Refrigerate leftovers.
