CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 can crab meat
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. can evaporated milk
6 hard-cooked, chopped small, eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
Chives
1 c. celery, cut fine
Salt and pepper to taste
A bit of Tabasco

Top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be prepared a day ahead.
