SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. artificial crab, flaked
5 slices bread, buttered & cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can lobster or shrimp cream soup
1/2 can milk or sherry
2 beaten eggs

Mix all together (save out 1/2 cup bread cubes). Pour into buttered casserole. Top with buttered bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees until nicely browned and heated thoroughly.
