2 egg whites
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. dates - diced

Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar, cocoa and salt. Fold into the beaten egg whites. Fold in nuts and dates. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
