SAUSAGE ROLLS 
4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 lb. hot pan sausage
1 lb. milk pan sausage

Mix sausage well until soft. Make dough with Bisquick, milk and butter. Divide dough in half. Roll thin on floured board, rectangular 7-8 inch wide. Halve the sausage and spread thin on dough. Roll as a jelly roll. Cut in 3 parts. Roll in foil or waxed paper. Place in freezer.

Just before ready to use, remove from freezer, thaw and cut each roll about 1/2 inch thick. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 15-20 people.
