EASY BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. nuts

Mix dry ingredients and nuts in greased bowl. Add oil and buttermilk; beat. Add dry ingredients; mix only until blended. Store batter in tight covered container in refrigerator. Keeps 6 weeks. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes. Yield: 6 dozen.
