BAKED APPLE CRISP 
1 (6 oz.) apple, peeled
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp. Rice Krispies
4 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. crumbled Raisin Bran muffin

Peel apple of your choice; cut in pieces. Place in a microwave container. Add water; do not cover. Bake on high for 3-5 minutes depending on the size of apple and temperature of your microwave. Apple should be soft.

If ready, remove and add cinnamon, Rice Krispies cereal and bran muffin crumbs. You may add your own toppings. Let set for 5 minutes to cool. Low in calories (130); good for a snack.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
