ORANGE COCONUT CHICKEN | |
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 beaten egg 1 tsp. salt Chicken pieces, coats 2-3 lbs., remove skin if desired Dip chicken in egg mixture. Roll in mixture of corn flake crumbs and coconut flakes. Bake in buttered pan, covered for 1 hour. Uncover to brown about 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
