APPLESAUCE PANCAKES 
For every 1 cup of complete pancake mix. Add:

1/2-3/4 c. milk (use less milk for thicker & more milk for thinner pancakes)
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tbsp. oil

If the pancake mix is not a complete mix (mix that includes egg and oil). Then add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of oil (eliminate the 1/2 teaspoon of oil above).

Combine ingredients; stir just until lumps disappear. Bake pancakes on griddle until golden brown. Serve with butter, jam, syrup, etc. 1 cup makes 7-10 pancakes. Make double or triple recipe.
