BROWN DERBY STEAKS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix beef, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce together. Add chicken broth until mixture resembles soupy meat loaf. Make thick patties, using a cup of mixture for each portion. Brown patties in fat.

SAUCE:

1 can Franco American gravy
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 pats butter

Boil ingredients together for 2 minutes. Drain patties and put them in baking dish. Pour sauce over patties. Bake 20 minutes or longer, if desired, in 350 degree oven.
