FREEZER MEATBALLS 
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. snipped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. ground beef

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into 60 (1 1/2") meatballs. Place on 2 (15"x10"x1") baking pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Cool. Wrap in 3 (20 meatballs) packages. Freeze up to 6 months. Makes 60 meatballs or 12 servings.
