COLD BAKED BEAN SALAD 
3 (16 oz.) cans of baked beans, rinsed with cold water
3 to 5 ribs celery, chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 to 1/1 2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1 lg. tomato, cubed
1/2 c. onion, chopped
5 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine, chill and serve.
