1 chocolate cake mix

Mix cake mix according to the boxes directions. Divide batter into 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix 1 cup Pet milk and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat and add 24 large marshmallows and a 14 ounce bag of coconut. Stir until the marshmallows are melted. Spread over cake. Boil 1 1/2 cups of sugar and a 1/2 cup milk with 1 stick of butter. Remove from heat and add a 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips and a 3 ounce bag of slivered almonds. Spread over the layer of the marshmallow coconut mixture. Makes 2 cakes.
