BUTTER STEAMED RADISHES 
1/2 stick butter
2 c. radishes, sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped chives

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and add all of the ingredients. Cover the pan and simmer until tender. Stir frequently. Season if you with Season-All, season salt, Mountain Mama's Final Touch or your favorite general seasoning.
