8 potatoes, cooked in skins then peeled and chopped
1 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion

Mix in bacon bits or pieces and sprinkle on top. Mix in 1 1/2 to 2 cups Velveeta cheese. Cook on low for 2 hours or bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
