ANGEL CORNBREAD 
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Then mix separately last 3 ingredients. Add eggs, oil, buttermilk to first mixture to drying.

Mix well. Bake in 12 muffin tins at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
