ANGEL MYSTERIES 
3/4 c. pitted dates
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. dried apricots
3/4 c. broken nuts
3 c. bite-size shredded rice biscuits (sm.)
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) flake coconut
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. 10X sugar

Grind fruits, nuts, cereal, alternating for thorough mix. Mix in coconut. Add pudding mix to corn syrup and lemon juice. Stir to blend well. Pour over fruit mixture. Mix lightly. Shape into 1 inch balls. Let stand 1 hour. Roll into 10X sugar. Store tightly covered container. Yield 4 1/2 dozen 1 inch balls. Note: These are better the second day! Super!
