ZSA ZSA'S HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lg. onion
4 c. Polish sauerkraut
1/2 c. caraway seeds
1/4 c. Hungarian paprika
2 c. cubed potatoes
2 1/2 c. cubed pork
2 1/2 c. cubed beef
1 link Polish sausage
1 pt. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook onion in small amount of oil until opaque. Remove onions; brown the pork, beef and sausage with 2 tablespoons paprika in the oil. Add water and cook until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.

Add rinsed sauerkraut, onions, potatoes, caraway seeds, remaining paprika and 3/4 cup of water. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 1/2 hour. Serve topped with sour cream.
