1/2 stick butter, softened

Mix with 2 cups graham cracker crumbs or my favorite, Nilla Wafers crushed. Press into spring pan and refrigerate. 5 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. & 1 sm. or 24 oz. sour cream

Soften cream cheese, add sugar gradually. Beat in 1 egg at a time. Add vanilla and fold in sour cream.

Pour into pan. Cook at 350 degrees 1 hour. Shut off oven and leave in 1 more hour. DO NOT OPEN DOOR.

Remove. Decorate when cool and/or just refrigerate. Eat the next day.
