HOMEMADE CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 sm. fryers
1 lg. onion
5 nice size potatoes
1 can of peas
1 can of biscuits
4 carrots
2 stalks of celery
1 can of corn
1 dash of salt & pepper
1/2 c. flour

Boil fryers in 2 quarts of water until done. Dice up all veggies if needed. Take chicken from broth to cool and debone. Take 2 cups of broth out for the side. Placing all vegetables in broth cooking until tender. Putting chicken back in pot.

Take the 1/2 cup of flour and mix well with broth to make thickening for broth. Add thickening into all other ingredients and cook until thickened. Place ingredients into baking pan and lay biscuits on top and bake for 15 minutes until biscuits brown. Umm good with macaroni and cheese.
