SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
2 lb. ground beef or chuck in skillet

Heat the following ingredients in saucepan:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 finely chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

12 med. flour tortillas
Grated cheddar cheese

Heat flour tortilla until soft. Place a spoonful of meat, cream sauce, and grated cheese on tortilla. Roll up and place in 13x9-inch baking dish. Place remaining sauce on top of rolled enchilada, then more grated cheese on top of sauce. Heat 15-25 minutes in 350 degree oven. (Place a small amount of sauce in bottom of pan before adding rolled enchiladas. Makes a softer, juicier enchilada.) Delicious and easy.
