1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 large onion
1 stick celery
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
4 cups Rice Krispies
10 slices bread, crumbled

In a saucepan melt butter. Add in onion, celery and poultry seasoning. Simmer until onions and celery are soft. Add to Rice Krispies and bread. Mix well.

Use the stuffing to stuff a turkey or chicken. The end result is great!
