EASY REFRIGERATOR ROLLS
2 c. milk
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft shortening
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 - 7 c. flour
2 eggs

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, salt and about half of flour. Beat 3 minutes. Add eggs and shortening. Use big spoon and beat gradually the remaining flour. Make a smooth dough. Cover and store in refrigerator (I leave mine overnight) about 2 hours before baking, cut off amount needed and store the rest. Shape while cold into favorite rolls. Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
