PUMPKIN DESSERT SQUARES

CRUST:

2 c. (1 lb. - 1 qt.) graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. (8 oz. - 1 c.) butter, melted
1/2 c. (1 c. - 8 oz.) sugar

Combine ingredients. Pat into bottom of pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 lb. (2 lbs.) marshmallows
3/4 c. (1 1/2 c.) milk
1 5/8 c. (3 1/4 c.) pumpkin (NOT pumpkin filling)
2 tsp. (4 tsp.) cinnamon
1/2 tsp. (1 tsp.) ginger
1/2 tsp. (1 tsp.) salt
2 c. (1 qt.) whipped topping
