ORIENTAL SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. pork cutlets, cubed
2 stalks celery, sliced
4 or 5 green peppers, cut into strips
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms
3/4 c. soy sauce
1 lb. linguini or thin spaghetti
Salt, garlic powder, pepper to taste

Brown meat which has been cubed in oil. Add onion, celery and seasonings. Cook and simmer until meat is tender. Add peppers and cook until peppers are done but still crisp. Add mushrooms. Cook linguini and drain. Add pat of butter and meat mixture. Cover and let stand about 4 minutes.
