PECAN TARTS 
PASTRY:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour

Roll into ball and put in cups and pat out.

TART FILLING:

1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, do not beat

Mix and fill Teflon pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 24 miniature tarts.
