PECAN TARTS 
PIE CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/3-1/2 c. cold water

PECAN FILLING:

2 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Pie Crust: Mix flour, salt and shortening. Add cold water, slowly to make firm ball. Roll thin and tamp into tart shells.

Pecan Filling: Combine flour and sugars, then add remaining ingredient. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees until set.
