3 lg. onions, sliced 1 lg. green peppers, minced 1 tbsp. fat 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 2 c. cooked tomatoes 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven at 350 degrees. Saute onion and green pepper in fat until onions are yellow. Add meat and fry until brown. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour in baking pan, cover and bake 1 hour. |
