SYRUP FOR FRUITS 
LIGHT SYRUP:

1 c. sugar
3 c. water

MEDIUM SYRUP:

1 c. sugar
2 c. water

HEAVY SYRUP:

1 c. sugar
1 c. water

Boil for 5 minutes, add fruit and boil until fruit is heated through. Pack in jars. May use apples, pears, peaches, strawberries.
