HONEYED GRAPES 
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. loosely packed fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 lb. seedless red grapes
1 lb. seedless green grapes

Combine honey and mint in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Remove and discard grape stems. Wash grapes. Drain and pat dry. Add grapes to honey mixture. Toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Yields 6 servings.
