SPEEDY SPINACH LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 (15 oz.) container lowfat cottage cheese
2 egg whites

Grease bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Cover bottom with spaghetti sauce (enough to cover bottom). Beat egg whites. Add cottage cheese, spinach, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Layer noodles and half of spinach mixture. Put 1/2 cup Mozzarella and 1/2 of spaghetti sauce on top of this. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

NOTE: Chopped broccoli may be substituted for spinach.
