WESTERN POT ROAST 
Pot roast
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt

Brown meat on both sides in 1 tablespoon oil. Add 1 cup chopped onions. Combine 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons salt. Pour over meat and simmer until tender, about 3 hours. Serve with sauce or thicken for gravy.
