1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar (powdered makes a crispier crust) Mix above and spread in 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour Grated rind of 1 lemon & juice Beat together and pour over cooked crust and continue baking at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or more until done. Cool and cut into squares. Dust lightly (1 teaspoon) with powdered sugar. These are very dangerous as I cannot keep my hands off them!! Neiman Marcus serve them, too!! |
