LOW-CAL SALAD DRESSING 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. skim milk
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
Pinch of salt
Dash of onion powder
Dash of garlic powder

Blend lemon juice and milk in blender. Gradually add remaining ingredients and blend until mixture is thinned. Add more milk if thinner dressing is desired. 1 tablespoon = 12 calories.
