BAKED CORN | |
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (lite) 1 stick butter 1 tsp. sugar 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained Melt the butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add muffin mix, sour cream, sugar, corn with liquid. Mix together. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out dry when inserted. |
