PERFECTION SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely cut carrots
1 c. finely sliced cabbage

Blend the gelatin with the 1 cup boiling water. Then add the pineapple juice, lemon juice, salt and blend well. Add carrots and cabbage. Pour into 4 cup mold and chill until firm. Unmold on bed of crisp salad greens. Serves 6.

1 cup of pineapple can be added as well with 2 tablespoons pimento chopped.
