PEA PICKIN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin orange slices
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour into 4 (9 inch) cake pans and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. Cool Whip

Combine pineapple (with juice) and pudding mix. Add Cool Whip. Spread between cooled layers and refrigerate.
