BUSY DAY LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 can pie filling
2 c. milk
1 graham cracker crust

Put cream cheese and milk in blender and mix. Add the pudding and mix until it starts to thicken. Pour in pan. Top with prepared pie filling. Cherry if my favorite.

CRUST:

1 individual pkg. graham crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

Crush graham crackers with rolling pin until crumbs. Add butter and sugar; mix and press into pan.
