CREAM CHEESE GINGER FROSTING 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. 10x sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

In a small mixer bowl beat a 3 ounce package cream cheese (softened); 1/4 cup butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Then gradually add 2 cups 10x sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
