SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. of hot mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. butter or marg.
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. flour

Mix sweet potatoes, butter, sugar. Beat in eggs and milk. Pour mixture in 2 quart casserole dish. Combine pecans, coconut, brown sugar, and flour. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter, melted. Sprinkle mixture over sweet potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
