JELLO POUND CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines (yellow or lemon) cake mix 1 box lemon Jello (3 oz. size) 3/4 c. water 2/3 c. Wesson oil 1 tsp. lemon flavoring 4 eggs Put all together and beat for 6 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. GLAZING (OR FROSTING) : Juice & rind from 1 lemon 1/4 box confectioners' sugar When cake is done, put frosting (glazing) on while the cake is warm. Cool cake in pan for 5-10 minutes, then put glazing on. |
