HAMBURGER HARVEST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. minced onions
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) tomatoes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. pared raw potatoes, thinly sliced
1/3 c. flour
1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed enough to separate
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 slivered green pepper

Combine ground chuck, onion, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pat into 1" layer in a 3 quart casserole. On top place in layers potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans, and green peppers. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes longer, uncovered. This casserole holds well.
