HARVEST APPLE COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. non-aluminum baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. prepared Butter Buds
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. unfiltered apple juice
1/2 c. chopped dates or date nuggets
1 c. apple, chopped and peeled
1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 c. oat bran

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients; mix wet ingredients into dry. Mix batter until smooth. Drop by teaspoons onto non-stick cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 24.
