DIJON MUSTARD DRESSING 
1 egg
1/8 c. olive oil
1/8 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
Pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water for 15 minutes. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Will make 3/4 cup.
