SCALLOPS WITH BACON 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 lb. bay scallops
3 tbsp. butter

Clean and dry scallops. Partially cook bacon. Do not overcook and let it get crispy. Saute scallops in garlic butter for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain butter off and place on the side. Wrap scallops in bacon and place on skewers. Put under broiler for 2 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
